Well how did she lose an eye? I am guessing that the owner was NOT abusing her the way it sounds. IF so thank the Lord, it is one thing when a cat loses an eye from like another animal, but abusers make me so mad.

We don't know why she is blind. sometimes stray cats will get so sick that it afects the eyes. That possibly could be why-or she was born with an eye problem. She was adopted and is doing great.

she actually is a really friendly cat. Not mad, not having a bad day...she was just hanging out in her cage waiting to be adopted!

Awhhh, my cat came home the other day with his right eye bleeding, we took him to the vets and he said that he is blind the right eye, we kept going back and he said if it isn't better by a certain day then he will have to have his eye taken out and his eyelids sewn, Please can you answer this, would a pure Black Male cat with his eye sewn look cuter than normal? I'm guessing he would..; :)

hi my cat had an accident and is about to undergo surgery to remove his right eye, do you know if this greatly affects their senses? could i still let him out after he recovers?

I think people like you are absolutly amazing. I to have an one eyed cat named skip. He lost his eye from playing out doors. He fell out af a tree and a stick went in his eye. Anyways; God bless evertone who saves animals.

This is a great thing you guys are doing. I've just taken in a sray male. We named him Fathead. (He's gout a HUGE head.) He's the scruffiest cat you will ever see. The neighbors used to throw rocks at him. He was so skinny, and half his ear is gone. It took two years after we started feeding him for him to even come inside. We just spent over 2 grand getting him healthy, and fixed. He's 14 pounds now! He's made a lovely pet.
