Your Troy lever looks like its wiggling back and forth at the attachment point. My BAD lever did the same thing, even when tightened down hard. I used a very thin ply zip-lock bag and cut a tiny square of it. I put it in between the ping-pong and the BAD lever and dropped in some lock tight. Its concrete now.
