  • Do the sunflowers come back every year or do you have to replant them?

  • @Pepsicarwash You have to plant seeds each year for them to come back. They're an annual.

  • So, if I have a wide enough and deep enough container, you think I could grow potatos in the winter time all the way through to maturity rather than just start in January to start them? how deep would you say they need to grow potatos?

Your videos are giving me too many ideas and i want to try them all! It's awesome! I have several plants in my sunroom already! Can't wait to grow more! Thanks for the info!

  • @TheSkadooshMove You could grow taters in a container if you have enough room for them to develop but from all that I've seen of other gardeners, the harvest is substantially less. They require very rich soil and more water than some other plants due to the potato-making aspect. It can definitely be done though. I would plant them low in a pot and build the soil around the stems as they grow. This will definitely help.

  • dude, your halarious and informative. i am soooo jealous of your gardens...You try lots of different things that give me ideas..anyways i really Dig...llolol gardening and getting into this youtube stuff..keep posting man..jedijohnny

  • @jedijohnny Thanks for tuning in JediJohnny. I try to be serious but I always seem to fall back into being myself.........which is rarely serious and a bit scatterbrained. :)

  • Of course, if we could all get paid to be wrong...damn weatherman...LOL:) I get anxious too, because I watch these seedlings grow since March and I want to get them in the ground. I realize it's me...I just can't wait to smell the dirt and play in it. I'm sending you patience...can u feel it? LOL:)

  • you are so cute and adorable! keep up the great videos, very informative, good and bad, (the frost is bad) the backup plants =good!

  • yeah, I learned the hard way about hardening my plants... 2 years in a row! I had great seedlings that really shot up and looked fantastic, but I didn't know what hardening was... so I would transplant them outside, and then they pretty much all died... Good thing I learned from my mistake early in the season last year, and I was able to just put the seeds directly in the dirt in time to grow stuff!

  • I love your videos... I hope its ok that I have mentioned you one of mine, I think everyone deserves a chance to learn from you...
