G.NA - CKFF 2011 Kpop Festival

In partnership with Cube Entertainment of Korea, there had been a Youtube contest to find the next Cube Superstar from Canada from December 27, 2010 -- January 27, 2011. Over 4000 participants and a millions of viewers have participated in selecting the top 15 contestants to perform at the CKFF -- Kpop Festival 2011 on February 27, 2011 at Bell Performing Arts Centre in Surrey, BC. At the festival the top prize winner will have the opportunity to become a Kpop Superstar under the Cube Management.

Also at the Festival, G.NA (Gina Choi), originally from Surrey, BC (born and raised) and now a Kpop superstar in Korea will be making her premier performance in her home county.

They should really push harder to get g.na into the international market. Her English is great, she has a nice personality. I'm sure if she was promoted here in Hong Kong even half as much as those girl groups she'd be really well received. Right now, not many people here know who she is
