@Rodrig0v the amount of strength and body tension required to do a planche is immense, you have to engage literally every muscle in your body. You wouldnt really know until you have tried to do a strait arm planche or maltese.

@Rodrig0v You're kidding right? It takes immense strength, most people need a year of consistent practice to even come close :)

@Bboynub rodrig0v is right, but he didnt specify much. what he means is that if you keep doing normal tricep pushups, you will not increase your ability to do planche pushups, only your ability to do more tricep pushups. you have to add weight if you want to increase your strength (not stamina). try doing tricep pushups with weights on your back, or just wall planche pushups, and eventually you will be able to do planche pushups

@Bboynub stamina has nothing to do with strength

this isnt strength.. the fact that he can bend his hands 130 degrees and the fact that he can bend his legs a lot, both combined, make this exercise very easy for him. (flexibility helps a lot in planches...)
I thought I was strong until I tried the planche pushup...
