  • I dont eat cooked food anymore:(.....no meat at all and i feel 100% better :)

  • @funarcade9999 - I have been on the raw food and now I mix it up a bit. I admit that the level of discipline it takes is very challenging indeed but an excellent form of eating. I do see myself going back on 100% raw for sure sometime in the near future.

  • looks good, about what pamphile said, you can use a rice cooker or a steamer to substitute the plastic bag
