Nothing beats the heat like an ice-cold milk shake and this shake tastes as good as a milk shake but only has 1/4 the calories. Its creamy, thick, delicious and easy to make. Just put 1 cup organic nonfat milk (or organic soy milk), 1 scoop chocolate 100% natural whey protein, and 1 frozen banana in a blender and mix at high speed for 1-2 minutes. Yum! This shake is great for those trying to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Whether you want to bulk up and gain muscle or lose fat and get ripped, good nutrition is essential. This healthy high protein shake can be a very important nutritional tool for those serious about fitness.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

  • hi scooby i like ur vids u r so0o0o0o funny but can u tell us about the whey protine side effects plz ?

  • whey protein has no side effects that I know of.

  • I'LL tell u what a fucking gud milkshake is......

"shake about milk shakes" you can put whatever chocolate bar, ice lolly, fruit, sauce and stuff and you can have like two different ones i had a kit kat and mars bar!!!!! THEY ARE SSOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS

  • candy bars in a shake? Tasty, perhaps but certainly not healthy.

  • protein powder healthy? ok. It's better to eat tuna, it's alo high on proteins.

  • Everything has its problems, tuna is no exception. Tuna is fine occasionally but because of the mercury eating it as your sole source of protein would cause health problems.

  • one reason muscle milk sucks big time besides the sugar and all the fat and calories is that its loaded with MSG as well. Out of all the protein powder products out its probably the worst, but somehow the most popular, i guess people are drawn to seeing adrian peterson pulling a car and go out and buy that crap.

  • The reason I disagree with cardio first is it depletes all your muscle glycogen stores, its better to lift first and use the glycogen so you have the energy to fuel your workout and then do the cardio in the hopes of burning calories and fat and fuel.

  • This was a very good tip. I made one of these yesterday, its great! Taste very good. And it was a bit fun to do as well :-)

Looking forward to more great clips!

  • I bought a blender of the model that you recommend on your site. It works great and now I'm looking forward to my frozen banana/protein powder shake each morning.

  • ROFL, I just fell off my chair laughing LMAO

  • How much protein you need depends on your weight: 1 g per lb of bodyweight is the rule of thumb. More won't help.

Also check Scooby's site under Nutrition. There's loads of information on the subject.

  • How old you can take protein???

  • (continued...) In my experience a whey protein shake is used as a meal replacement, if you're say at the gym and dont have time to eat. Count it as one of your 1/6 daily intake of protein but only have 1 shake daily. It will state on the label too much will just make your stomach sick. Shakes can be taken anytime throughout the day pre or post workout. Hope this helps - Somebody please comment if I've missed anything

  • yeah! Seing scooby's shape and to think that's achievable with healthy eating and determination (and weight training obviously) I think whey protein comes down to preferance, what you want to get from them, aside from protein obviously - and saying that some have more protein than others. I used to wonder how much to consume and when...
