The Loss of the Atene Button

Alas, the end is here. Brian Atene has taken his wonderful videos off of Youtube and has again deleted his account. It is a sad day for Youtube, and for those of us who watched his videos faithfully.

Thank you for your lovely words. I've replied to a few comments and I've managed incorporating one typo into them. This video took time and care to prepare and your choice of music is appropriate. I'm glad you found my old channel to be a human one. I'm an analog guy in a digital world and I'm happy that point came across. A viewer once said she found my old channel to be a welcome alternative to this world governed by sound-bites. I'm flattered you liked it, too.

Dear Brian, When we put ourselves or our art in public we are open to criticism. Please focus on those who were moved by you and came to hold you in high regard. You are a charming and talented man and I am sure the MAJORITY of your viewers would agree. Forgive me if I am being presumptuous, but I have gathered from your past text comments that you get depressed at times. Please seek help if this is so. If You Tube is doing you harm then stop. raincoaster, I've never met an actor who was a flighty cat. They're filled with ego and jealousy. They want attention and they bitch if they don't get it. They will never offer encouragement. I hate them, and again, I say: I'm not an actor. Sinatra wasn't an actor but he could act. He even won an Oscar. Kevin Spacey IS an actor and, believe me, he's a bitch. I don't want attention.
