The Apostle Paul spoke of this "thorn in the flesh," in 2nd Corinthians 12:7 (KJV). A thorn in the flesh could simply be an issue, circumstance, flaw, spirit, vice, weakness and even a person that has been or is a hinderance or nuisance in one's personal or spiritual life that has (for the lack of a better phrase) overstayed it's welcome. But, know this, GOD has assured us that HIS, "...grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness." 2nd Corinthians 12:9 (KJV).

Paul never got rid of his thorn. He said God didn't remove the thorn because he might start thinking high of himself... Our thorn(s) keeps us broken, it shows us we are no better than the next person... So God gives us grace with our thorn. Titus 3:5 says were declared righteous not by our works, but by the washing of regeneration through Jesus sacrifice, and the Holy Spirit.... Love this song wonderful woman of God, but our thorns don't keep us from living holy. They keep us broken....
