My New House-1st Floor & Underground Basement-April 2008

This isn't really for my channel viewers but all people as I helped my parents professionally design our new house. These photos are from April 20, 2008 when my our new house was in the middle of construction. It will be complete around January next year, as the basement area collapsed a bit on November 4 and has required extensive re-construction at $127,000. This is for those who love architecture like me and aspire to be architects. It has cost us a total of $5,328,693, separately, to construct this house since May 2007. After buying the land, digging, building, creating a special driveway, security, and etc. it is has been about $8.69 million on this project for my parents. Expensive but way cheaper than California prices. I hope one day to be a world-class architect and I'm glad I was able to contribute to this for my family.

@ehistommy45 Thank you, it was actually done by our family as well as me. We had to hire a contractor of course. My dad isn't an architect though, but a physician. It was just a personal project, so sorry.

@taehoney Well thank you for watching my video, but I took these pics with my cell phone in early 2008, a 2007 T-Mobile MDA w/1.3 megapixels. Also Youtube's until sometime in 2009 made crappy conversions of my videos. I do have many more that are high-resolution from my old camera, but they are on a computer in that house. Been too busy to find them or take new ones as I live in NYC now. Anyway thanks again for watching.
