Genesis REMASTERED: "Back In NYC" 1975

The recently unearthed Genesis video with improved audio and video quality. This video was recorded in Bern, Switzerland during the 1975 leg of "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" tour. Enjoy this piece of Genesis history!!!

All I know is this is around the time that Genesis released what is my favorote Album, A TRICK OF THE TAIL. I love the stories. RIPPLES is very good. So is ENTANGLED as is the entire celection. Okay. its MOOD FOR A DAY for me next on Youtube. Iv played around a little. But now its a new year and I need to get serious a bit. MOOD is always a challenge for me. ALWAYS. must be disturbing when you think you impersonate a caricature and find out the caricature is yourself! ))

LOL, it's so true. But put it this way, we don't know how Mozart or Bach or Beethoven sounded live, at least we are lucky to have these era's masters recordings and some videos.........But I think and hope that In five to ten years technology will be able to recreate this show completely. With Computer graphics, based on actual footage, pictures, recordings, etc. Just wait. It will look just as good as an original film.

Sad that all the crappy groups today have their videos and concerts filmed in high def and surround sound while truly great music like this is only available in primitive 8mm.
