Just don't use AE Program and instead,set your CP color a little high, AE Shift about 2 or 3 notches +, and then crank up your exposure.

wtf? i never heard of that, doesn't really make sense. if you look at footage of my first vx the colors are way better and for the most part looked the same as how you or mike set your cameras now. i can't get my camera to look like that now and it's lame but whatever i'll deal with it.

Did you know that its impossible to set 2 camera's with the exact same settings and get the same picture? Can't happen. Don't ask why. But still, I don't fancy your your colors,your exposure of ae shift. You filmed smurf at the skate park good, but I hate how it looks.

yeah i did. i don't but it's weird i set it exactly the same as beef's camera and it was still different. maybe it's a later model or something but i wish it looked like the og model

Get a new ribbon cable. How is it different from your last if its a 1000?
