I found the password and defaulted all settings but all the programs are still on the phone with 47k free memory. It really sucks here

This phone is cool but I am angry about my purchase because it came to me loaded with Chinese games which are no use to me. The phone's internal storage is full and I cant delete those programs to free up the phone. If anyone knows how to delete them please help me out or if there is a firmware update software to flash the phone with. Thanks
