This is the real Shooter. It's like him musically saying "the answer to 1984 is 1776". The words are all about martial law and the coming tyranny of the NWO against free people here and abroad. The Genesis 1978 song "The Day The Light Went Out" is a parallel to this one but its true meaning doesn't come out until near the end.
