  • @lsbpt89 sorry about it being cut off, for every pound of weight lost during your workout you should replace with 2 cups of water.

  • Wanted to add something to my last comment. I tried eating greek yogurt before the workout (2 hours prior). But I threw up. After the workout I get a protein shake which has 25 gms of protein and 12 gms of carbohydrates. After watching this video, I feel I am not fulfilling the carbohydrate side. Any suggestions to make/mix with protein shake to get some more carbohydrates?

  • This video was very helpful, I argued with my Uncle that you should wait about an hour after eating a meal before working out, particularly cardio/running.

    Your video helped to end the argument....I showed him a few article on google too though :)

  • eating bread...gets kinda old after a while. This is basic information, the Mon through the weekend schedule isn't enuff or is just enuff to get a meal in between the daily motions....alot which has to do with posture and of course there is no way to perfect perfection. Your taste buds may require some adjusting ,which may "affect vs effect" your budget.Our brain works in the morning 40% harder to wake up than we do to require rest...some food for thought. she does'nt look that all the time.

  • Thats interesting what would you recommend eating after a hour and a half Gym session?. Just weights no Cardio. I have a whey protein shake before and after but still find im aching 3 days later.
