As for the music industry it's been dead for 14 years, the Spice Girls ended it when they showed the world the back ground music can be made with a computer, I highly doubt it's ever coming back. Then it brought forth the drum machine then auto tune. Personally I could care less about which was worse, the bottom line is the music scene sucks because of technology advances falling into the wrong hands that will never let go.

I'll tell you what happened at the turn of the millennium, first off giving credit where credit is due the 1990's had more death's in music then any other decade Freddy Mercury, Eazy-E, Biggie, 2 Pac, Bradley Nowell, Big L, Kurt Cobain. And I guess it was just like Bradley Nowell and Biggies deaths plus the invention of what started auto tune IE posers like the Backseat Boys BG music kind of did it in for the music industry as a whole.

LOL! I was being sarcastic. I'm surprised people actually believe that a guy who uses the word "backstreetboyphobe" is being serious. It is evident that bsb are a musical tragedy, although I don't believe “The Offspring” to be the pinnacle of musical genius either.
Still, you're right about the nineties. Something terrible happened to music by the turning of the century. And it sure isn't getting better.

Dude, you the one who said you actually liked the Backstreet or should I say Backseat boys, I hate the Backseat Boys more then anything. I grew up in the 1990's and late in my generation saw the music scene go straight to hell when Biggie died and fucking posers like the Backseat Boys, Hansux, and the Spice Girls got big!!!!!

Yeah it got ruined because it was a festival of aggressive music and hatred towards poses like the Backstreet or should I say Backseat Boys. But maybe just maybe if posers like The Backseat Boys didn't exist Woodstock 99 would have been a success instead of a riot and we would still have America's favorite past time at least in terms of music (at least in rock).
