Damn!! I Love this routine, it makes all ur body sore in the morning, ur butt, abs, legs, arms & everything, a really gd workout if u dnt have time/money to go to the Gym... it takes only 32 mins off of ur life.

Alot of u have been askin...:"How many calories did I just burn??"
Well as @cmenochs said:-
everyone burns calories differently, it depends on how much work you put into it, your weight, height, etc. I would suggest buying a heart monitor, it will tell you exactly how many calories you burn specific to you. althougn they can be expensive unfortunately


Hope u enjoy it...If it's hard for you then don't worry, just keep working out & it'll get easier & easier.... stay healthy.

1)Drink lots of water during the day & a glass before u start working out.
2)Eat brown bread & brown rice instead of white
3)use olive oil (It doesn't mean that it has less calories, BUT it's much healthier) & u wanna stay fit AND healthy =)
4)Eat in smaller plates which will help u eat small portions !
5)MOVE UR BUTT... take the stairs instead of using the elevator, u don't have to park ur car right in-front of the building,play with ur children,YOU go get that glass of water, YOU go get that remote, YOU go open the door.
6)Eat lots of vegetables & fruits.

You can do this 3-4 times a week & yes u can do it daily if u want to!

  • wow, I just did the whole workout just now for the first time.. - it was hard, but actually really fun! I love kendal1 he is so amazing! I wish he could be my personal trainer.. the fact that it's only 30 minutes long is so great beacuse then you can't make exuses like "I have no time.." when you don't workout:) thanks so much for posting!!!

  • Hi i was wondering if this video is also good for toning? or just calorie burn...going to do it right now and then i guess ill find out in the morning :)

  • @GreenQueen530 I really don't know but you can do a video that I found a few days ago on youtube and I did it once & I like it, it's called "Beach BABE Workout with Tone It Up :)" there are two girls that are doing the routine on the beach.... check it out =)

  • @GreenQueen530 it is! i mean, i did this for 7 weeks and also lost weight, but i was aiming for that ;) but is is awesome for toning. there is also another workout with kendell hogan i found. Serach for "Kendell Hogan body sculpt workout". it's not as long but i guess you could do it twice or more. I do it 3x a week, additional to the 6 bootcamp workouts and I got really toned, after now 7 weeks. check it out :)
