It's called PANASONIC RX-HD10 and it is just as rare as Walkman w800.
Sometimes they appear on ebay but are priced at 100-160 usd and up.
I wish i knew where to buy them besides ebay.

I find the W800 very cool, being an (almost) pocket-sized, yet dual-deck unit! According to what i've read, this is the only cassette player of it's kind Sony made. I read that other manufacturers like Panasonic made personal dual-deck cassette players, but I can't find any on the Internet.
