No doubt defunct, the Flaming Cobras are what's NOT funny in comedy. One stellar example of why comedy fails when it's at the expense of others' misfortune. I cant believe there are people who would mock a tragedy like Karen Carpenters death.I think Joan Rivers did the same.Why does it rate as comedy? It is the sickest excuse for a sketch I have ever witnessed and if someone had a moral compass this lowlife, crass, so called art would be taken off this site!!!!.And enough with the freedom of expression bull.There is a line of decency that should not be crossed and this filth qualifies bigtime.Lets hope the Cobra's flame ie extinguished permanently!

They are satirizing a culture and mass media that glamorizes and popularizes females with severe substance and eating disorders. Karen Carpenter was probably under tremendous pressure to constantly perform, even though if people REALLY cared about her, she would have been hospitalized. Is the video offense, or is it the culture we live in?
