United flight 621 crashes shortly after takeoff. Unknown reason video was is played back faster then actual flight.

I crashed a KLM 737-900 in the middle of the Atlantic and the cause of the crash was never found out until it was caused by a faulty fix on the engine 2 which engine 2 suddenley vibrated apart, the aircraft sufered 5 nose down and rolls and eventually disintegrated on contact with the Atlantic.
