I love the way CityRail invent unrealistic benchmarks. They say you will not have to stand for more than 20 minutes. I wonder what CityRail would say if its staff were to step in and stop people joining so others can get a seat.

That Peak Hour Service on the Cronulla Branch of the Illawarra Line even looks worse than the Western Line Peak Hour Services, the guys in the Illawarra get 160% while the Western gets almost about the same, god, get more carraiges and Peak Hour Services.
