This is the panda pied ball python (e.g super black pastel piebald). It was produced in 2008 by Ian G from Outback Reptiles. This video was taken by Colin Weaver at the 2008 Chantilly NARBC reptile trade show.

@DiamondAsheaka Inbreeding in mammals is sad and can cause a TON of issues. But you must think, Herps are a completely different SPECIES. You can give your dog the flu, but you must agree you can't give your snake the flu. There has been a ton of research to see if inbreeding in reptiles can cause ill effects and the conclusive evidence is No, it can not. Herps are designed to inbreed. Its not bad, its nature even. So, do some research before you decide to bash. - a studying herpetologist
