Jon, This has been a battle for some of these homeowners for over 15 years. The habitat goes beyond Chesapeake Ranch Estates. It actually effects the whole western shoreline. Another point that isn't quite public is whay did the Calvert County issue permits to build and/or why where the homeowners atleast in the past few years who were issued building permits not notified by either the State or Calvert County etc..
