At a conference, which was organized by the non-partisan, non-profit Council on State Public Affairs, the focus was on out-of-control health care costs. A study presented by Dr. Robert Hughes, a researcher at the Center for State Health Policy at Rutgers, shows that the cost of dying in New Jersey is more expensive than any other state.
