I'll give this 5 stars on performance and 2 on price/value for an average of 3 stars. Read the other reviews, they're accurate. This puppy rocks and it's definitely a conversation piece at your party. However, I can make margaritas and pina coladas in a $20 blender that are almost as good. I say almost because the shaved ice this machine produces is magnificent.


The greatest drink machine you will ever buy! Watch out though as the Margaritaville Margarita Maker can be addictive. It does not come with will power or self discipline as accessories!


The first time I saw the Margaritaville Margarita Maker I thought who would be dumb enough to buy one of these? I guess I was that dumb for waiting so long. The wife and I love a good margarita at the resturant and this machine is just as good as the ones they use. She likes the frozen ones and I like the icee ones (rocks and some crushed). This machine shaves the ice not just crushing it some like the blender.


We bought this for an upcoming event plus we enjoy frozen drinks! The Frozen Concoction Maker works as advertised. We researched the machine and read one common complaint; alignment issue at the top of the picture top. This proved to be true. All other aspects work as advertised or better. Clean up is easy but be careful of the ice shaver blade during disassembly and reassembly.


I purchased this Margaritaville Margarita Maker a year after two of my friends bought theirs. It makes a fantastic Margarita! We experimented with this machine and found that in order to make a perfect margarita, you should allow the ice to sit in your ice chest (take it out of the freezer) for appox. one hour. The ice blends better and gives the frozen drink a smoother consistency.
