Mass Effect 2 ending - Everyone survives

The best ending possible to Mass Effect 2.

How to get it :

1. Acquire loyalty of every team member.
2. Get every available upgrade, especially the ones that upgrade Normandy - cannon, barriers, etc. If you don't, people will die as soon as you enter the relay.
3. Send Legion through the vents, make Miranda the second team's leader, let Mordin escort the ship's crew back to Normandy, pick Jack to maintain the biotic field.

I lost one crew mate, and i was pissed, i tried it like four different times  and it was the same person, so i said fuck and let the bitch die. ( the red asari Samara i think)

@ColaKokka if that person isnt loyal everyone wont die just dont choose them for the main roles like leader biotic,etc

I had everyone loyal ALL upgrades which took a REALLY long time Scanning planets until they were depleted... Tali went through the vent Miranda lead the Second team Samara maintained the Biotic feild and Mordin escorted the crew back to the Normandy and I still had everyone survive
