  • are these as effective as standard pull ups and do they work the biceps

  • If you can do pull ups then I would stick to them. Change it up a bit do neutral, supinated, pronated, mixed grip or any of the pull ups listed in our exercise index. I wouldnt stick with the same one for more than 3 weeks. This is good for beginners who cant do pull ups and is more of a row then a pull up. Check out our home page to see all 400+ of our exercises
