sumatran water monitor is still an asian water monitor localities dont change that. they just have alot of subspecies. varanus salvator salvator, varanus salvator macromaculatus, varanus salvator bivittatus, varanus salvator andemenses, varanus salvator togain, and there's even more... the main species is the largest species which is the v salvator salvator which is from sri lanka and the rarely are imported if you have a pet u most likely have bivittatus, macromaculatus, unless sulfur or cumingi

what are you gonna do when they get 6-8 feet?
-
and they can still get 6+ feet long.
for one sinlge adult wator monitor you should have a 16x8x8 as they can get 8 feet long and your wrong about the title thers no such things as a sumertran asian water monitor there are asain water monitors and then theres sumertran water monitors there to different localities.
