This is Skeletons racial skill in epic 5. It is a life leech skill which gives 100% damage into HP for player (I think pet too) at lvl 5.

octopus vampiric sucker is almost the same as skelly's whole-party 12 hour cooldown nonsense. they really need to ditch these 12 hour skills. and skelly isnt a bad pet. i just leveled mine to 90 and he does 15k damage with lvl 10 chaos crash.
