the orginal case they had for the droid had a hard plastic shield on it it was nicer then this only draw back is you had to open it to use it but it reall protected your phone but after a while the pin onthe hing dose get lose i think thats why they took out the built in shield on them to keep the hing tight great case tho had it for over a year before the hing ping started to slide out got it when the orginal droid first came out and work well till the end

good review but a pointless product. that snap for the cover sticks out pretty far. who wants the to have that case sticking that far out when you want to slide your screen open.
