Smash & Grab at Jewellery Shop, Brighton

Two sledgehammers used to smash the front window of a jewellery shop in Brighton, East Sussex.

' A city centre jewellery shop was hit by its second smash and grab raid in a month this morning.

Watches of Switzerland in Ship Street, Brighton, was attacked by a gang at about 11am today.

Onlookers described how the group broke the windows with sledgehammers, which were left hanging out of the shop while they got away.' The Argus
