Looking for Japanese friends, language teachers, penpals, or whatnot?

Hello. I am Kouhei, 18 year-old Japanese man. I am really hoping that I can make friends with foreign people, expecially from occidental countries (America, Europe, or so). I am really eager for that. If you are too seeking Japanese (or not only Japanese maybe) people who would be friends with you, I'd be happy if we can be firends. Well, though I really do hope so, I am kind of SHY person. So I can't usually speak much. However, if you find me interesting or nice, or whatever positive impression, please talk to me. Do feel free to talk to me! I can promise to you that my desire to have friends and to talk is real!
I like in Hachioji, Tokyo. So if we would be friends, it is preferable that you live nearby Tokyo, but it is not that matter. Still, I want to meet you though.
