  • The cinnamon you can most definitely put in your coffee or tea. I'd leave the honey out. Although it would make a great sweetener, you'll be losing all the benefits of raw honey by putting it in such high temperatures. It's best to consume raw honey with room temperature water and some lemon juice.This is a weight loss and health drink that was used years ago but has been forgotten today.

  • @shapecon What is your take on egg yolks? I eat 3 to 6 a day, and have no health problems and low cholesterol.

  • @shurdawg I am a BIG proponent of eating egg yolks. The whole idea of egg yolks contributing to high cholesterol is simply NOT true. Research has shown that lecithin in the egg yolk (not the whites) actually inhibits cholesterol absorption. This doesn't even mention the yolks are where the real nutrients are at. Keep eating the whole egg my friend...they're a bona-fide supe rfood in my book.

  • coffee and cinnamon is delicious, now I understand why I was so skinny some years ago, I used to drink my coffe with cinnamon, eat rice and milk with cinnamon and oats made with water, cinnamon and honey, should keep up with my cinnamon and honey ideas again.

  • Thanks, Coach, I'm a boxing trainer that just went from hard workouts , jogging, mittwork, and lifting to a double stint procedure due to a blocked artery and feel like a lazy piece of crap sitting around and wondering if I can come back strong. Looking to change my diet and looking at cinnamon.
