@Indirectcell you can learn learning strategies to help you strengthen your working memory. if you google "working memory strategies" you'll be sure to find some. It basically combines short term with long term memory.

@Indirectcell thats Short term memory, you dont "rehearse" what you want to search, so it does not go into the long term memory. short term memory normaly lasts nothing more than a couple of seconds.

what about us people whit 10 second memory, surfing the internett seeing something i wana search later i just gota watch the rest of this episode that barely lasts like 2 minutes and even before the episode ends im thinking what was i thinking about >.< and i remember haveing this problem alot so next time i see something i wana search i think to myself im gona forget this but i realy have to remember it SEARCH when movie ends SEARCH IT!... yet forget, so just forced make the search before end.

That's because your dream is in an "unconscious" stage. And it is much different recalling it than in an "conscious" stage.

this is such BS. 10 years.... its different for everyone but I think the many memories sink in to long term immediately if understood and allocated to the correct schemas
