Ranking drops for world class preeminent public research, teaching University of California Berkeley (Cal). In 2004 the London-based Times Higher Education ranked Cal the 2nd leading research university in the world, just behind Harvard; in 2009 ranking tumbled to 39th. By 2011 Cal had not returned to 2nd place. Cal below top ten in tuition to Return on Investment (ROI)

I think Cal can make a huge improvement if it stopped accepting gay people to the university. But don't ask me how to go about doing that.

i hope i get accepted in 2010, i hear berkeley only accepts a small percentage of international students. and my GPA is only 3.56 since my school doesn't offer AP and honors courses

Southhalls Victorian Architecture is representative of that era's aesthic. It is the oldest remaining building of it's group. It's based on a French design.
