I cant help but wounder how many people leaving comments have ever ran a boat on a river. I grew up fishing on a river in SW Washington, Sleds run full speed over gravel bars covered with 6 inches of water missing logs. If you think anyone can run a boat on a river, you are wrong, it is dangerous if you do not know what you are doing. Speed makes your boat easier to control. Before you become an expert at least get an education on the topic before you speak.
