GTD Automated

This video clip shows how SmartPad for iPad, and SmartCal for iPhone/iPod touch, automates task management. When the task list filter (middle pane) is set to "GTDo", then only the top task from each Project is shown. This helps you to focus. Then when you mark a GTDo task as "done", a line is crossed through it in the Projects pane (far right), and the next task from that project simultaneously appears in the Task list. Note how the tasks also flow directly into the Calendar pane (far left). SmartTime logic always inserts tasks into the open time in your calendar.
