after a whole month of trying to gain wieght i ended up loseing wieght and it sucks but whatever i still think i made alot of good improvements =] tell me what you think

  • You most likely lost weight because you focused on working out and neglected diet...If you only work out and don't diet right, yes you'll get stronger and cut, but you'll loose weight by burning off calories...you gotta replenish yourself...when bulking up, only train for muscle tear, not cutting and eat a lot and rest...biggest trap people fall into...great results I must admit...
