thanks ive been swimming for about 3 months now get too tired too fast. I think this will really help me reduce the effort and swim longer distances thanks!!

The "S" technique only works for beginners. If you want to actually move while you're swimming, just focus on keeping your arm @ a 45 degree angle and pulling all the way through your stroke.
