  • The "S" technique only works for beginners. If you want to actually move while you're swimming, just focus on keeping your arm @ a 45 degree angle and pulling all the way through your stroke.

  • thanks ive been swimming for about 3 months now get too tired too fast. I think this will really help me reduce the effort and swim longer distances thanks!!
