  • These are actually DRUMSET TRIPLETS - Known specifically as a "Substitution" - a Triplet is the RUDIMENT form which is NOT on the drumkit. See Mastering the Triplet DVD for breakdowns on the many variations a rudiment can be performed on the drumkit and substituted as well as how triplets can be performed as a GROOVE.
