Just buy an AGA and throw a PC bulb over it. Add a mini CO2 system, and BAM. You got yourself a nice planted aquarium for a little over half the price.
Besides, Fluval now offers much better systems such as their Ebi and new Plant tank. The Edge is old news.

Bought a Fluval Edge today i really like the tank but im not too happy with the light bulb's... i want BETTER brighter, color light bulb's! anyone know where i can get blue, white light bulb's???

Wouldn't the halogen bulbs get REALLY hot? I know they're really low wattage... but just thinking. It's a nice looking product for sure.

You can feel the heat from the bulbs if you are very close, but it's not so much as to heat up the tank to any large degree.
