  • I had a too-tight band and was PB-ing all the time. I had to get most of the fill taken out to let the inflammation subside.

  • @punkydiana032178 please dont get GB :( my sis is so sick from it... Lap band is better...

  • Hello, I recently found your videos in here bc I am considering Lap Band surgery. I have a consultation with my Dr on Feb 22, 2012 but I am still on the fence about it. I am 5'2 and weigh about 248lbs. I have struggled my whole life with weight. I am at my breaking point, but I have a friend that had hers done last year and hasnt lost any. I know each person is diff. but can you describe the main things YOU have to do on your own to help the Band help you?

  • Did the stretch marks get better after your weight loss?

  • I hope to get my Lap Band in February this next year. I can't wait. Just a bit nervous.

  • Where can I find you on facebook?

  • I am pre-opp and this was very helpful.

  • Im having gastric bypass this summer and the one thing I can not wait to run :0) Have never really been able to do that. One question is there any problam with rash like when you are over weight or does the lose skin bother you while running?

  • you were gorgeous when your heaviest and you are gorgeous (and thin, healthier) now. I can't wait to see where I am next year. I had my surgery Sept 20, 2011 and have lost 17 lbs since. I'm old (51) and so happy. You are so fortunate to be young and have this all behind you (the surgery, etc. I know the weight loss can be a lifetime struggle... always has been for me).

  • In a way, you are lucky you can PB and move on. When I am stuck.. I slime for about 20 minutes.I rarely bring anything up. uncomfortable.. painful. Just yuck. Great Video. Thanks for posting.
