Fear of Power Saga pt1: Total War Between the Ultimate Races

A mini fanfic I made, just to test things out before I really go all out.
Constructive critique welcome. In case you can't read the intro due to the bad colors, I'll repost it here:
The Saiyans... Considered the perfect warrior race, living only for the thrill of the fight.
It was not long before the evil tyrant, Freeza, recognized their talents, and subjected them under his control.
With the Saiyans on his side, Freeza conquered planets at a most amazing speed. The terror of Freeza scattered throughout the universe...
Many races boldly stood up to the might of the Saiyans under Freeza, but to no avail. The losers of the struggle could only hope: Is it possible to stop the combined might of a ruthless tyrant and his onnipotent warriors?
This question would be answered when a scientist creates a series of androids, considered the perfect warriors, in response to all the races soon to be exterminated by Freeza and his terrible Saiyan army...
The final battle is about to begin...

No. For this episode up to ep 4, I always fight the CPU. In the episodes after that, it's usually me controlling both characters. Sometimes I fight the AI

I'm very impressed with a first episode. Tell me, did it all just come to you through "winging it" or did you have everything in mind before you began?

It was both. I had the idea of making my own story of an alternate universe where the saiyans fought freeza. After each episode I came up with the plot for the next episode, and I'd think about it for like a week before making the next episode.
