Mucver looks delicious.
I would spray each mucver patty with some olive oil and put it in the oven for a low fat version. But of course the original deep fried recipe always tastes better.
now i am motivated to make some of my own.

You can bake it as well. It tastes pretty good with some garlic yogurt. However, as you mentioned deep fried version is amazing.
