  • Someone just wrote on here and I did not mean to remove it, I was getting ready to respond to it and I hit the wrong button. What was the question again???!! It had to do with stacking food.

  • @FixMyRecipe

So you like your salad tossed with garlic and parmesan cheese?

  • I don't eat cooked food but my Mom does and she is vegetarian. We are also Italian. This is a great, simple and easy looking recipe I would love to make for her. God bless you, thanks for sharing. I love the pastry plunge idea. Thank you for this video. You made everything look so simple... love the colors too.

  • your sexy chef..humm..look's yummy...maybe i should share with my chef friends..;P

  • @Maskedman46 hi I love cheese too, but seriously cheese and meat is pretty much the same in terms of nutrition, I mean they both count as animal fat

  • Are you using firm or soft tofu?

I had sea shell pasta so tried it wih ricotta and added 4 other kinds of cheese and threw in fresh organic spinach from farmer's market and snipped in 6 different herbs and it came out great....

I will try it your way next time as I am looking for meatless dishes...

    Great recipes, thank you...

  • YAY!! Thank you!!

  • Looks like a great meal.

The salad could be a taste of summer for a winter time dinner!

  • Looks great!! I gotta try this.

  • You are so fun to watch, always so cheerful :) Thanks for all the tips, regards from Iceland.

  • If you don't have a pastry bag you can use a plastic baggy and snip a corner off ;). But I have one.
