  • yay! the head tilt is back!

"t-minus dumb and counting"... great line

i have really tried to stop marveling at the success of incompetent bobble-heads. maybe it's like the person who cuts to the head of the line, and gets in because everyone takes his stupidity for confidence, and lets him through? infuriating.

    another great episode. Thanks Kim.

  • @themightylex - oh Lex, those people that cut in line...makes...blood...boil...

  • Hello,Kim.

Failing Up is actually a career path, here at Zarstar Industries, in Sunny Area51.

We get so many "failed CEOs" here, who have failed to the pinnacle of success. In fact, many go on to jobs with the federal government.

    And Disneyland.

  • @Blargaldalien Zarstar Industries -- that THAT'S where they come from! I believe several graduates have been 'enjoying' some discussions with a Senate committee lately...

  • routinely outsmarted by cheese... showed this to my bff, hilarious! once, you see, she was at hyvee, and they had a free sample of some hot cheese dip but the person serving it was uhh, not bright, and forgot to tell her the cheese dip was boiling...now she shops at walmart..

  • I work in retail and I see this phenomenon all the time.

  • YOu make it,you fake it, you break it- Being in a position that demands both answers RIPS BRAINS OUT.("Palins Fate")This is either a unconventional answer to you- or will be what you view on every good workplace training video, showing that a position not suitable will do more than ruin your day.YAY!(So you can't win when you still lose.)Cheers.

  • Certainly explains the Obama administration.

  • Kim. there was a book written in the 80's, I believe. It is titled the "Peter Principle." The premise is that people in a business situation are promoted to their highest level of incompetence, rather than be fired. Once they reach the pinnacle of their career, they are left there.

  • Look up "The Peter Principle" :-)

  • @BrentChettle lol!

  • Hold on... are you talking about my supervisor? because your really must be.

  • HAHA definitely, one of my favs, maybe thee fav of them all so far.

  • Stupid people get promoted because they are on the same dumbness of those above.AWhy do you want to be promoted?

    B"I like corn dogs!"

A"that's a top answer for how things go around here! You've obviously picked up alot in this industry."Yay!
