After reading your comments, moviestarchef, I'm very happy that these dogs were all loved and kept in regular contact. Too many people just let dogs have babies and sell them for profit, they don't think the kind of detachment effect it would have on their parents and so many people inbreed them silly times. Keeping the bloodline pure and from a reputable established breeder is the way forward. If I ever owned a dog and sold the pups I'd keep them in contact. P.S I love goldens :)

8. Almost 3 years later, we are still in contact regularly with the breeder, we send photos and cards and update her on how Daisy is doing (which she loves). I cannot stress enough the importance of finding a reputable breeder.

6. There were only 2 little girls in the litter... the other 8 were boys. This is not an uncommon litter size for a golden.
7. The breeder does not overbreed. This litter was the 3rd and final litter born to the mom, and then she was spayed and is living out her life as a well loved and taken care of family pet.

3. The Whelping Box is more than adequate for the number of puppies in that litter.
4. I can assure you all that these puppies are hand raised in a family home with 4 children and 2 adults, the puppies are loved and cuddled and let out of the whelping box CONSTANTLY.
5. This particular breeder believes that hand rearing puppies in a family home helps to raise adult dogs with a sound temperment. I agree.

Wow... I had no idea there'd be this much interest in my video. I posted it here to share with my family across the country when I brought my Daisy home.
Thought I should clear up a few things:
1. There are 10 puppies in the video
2. I am not a breeder... this video was taken at the home of the breeder where my puppy came from. This was our "Interview" with the breeder... she does not sell puppies to families without screening them first.
