@CoLoSsusS Successful sales are more closely corellated to marketing than performance. I'm typing on an hp pc because I had a $200 coupon for it. I have no idea what it's specs are in comparison to a Mac whatever, but I do know that apple has some spiffy and memorable commercials that clearly and cleverly show their product as more desirable for some potentially socially related reason.

I'm with you. I'm a graphic designer, and I find it extremely aggravating that 99% of all graphic designers swear by Mac, and they have no idea why - they just say they're better. Professors always endorse Macs too. I don't care, I'll use either, and I personally I have no problem with Mac laptops, but I would never buy a Mac desktop when I can build a comparable PC for a very small fraction of the price.

You clearly know nothing about technology. You can change the look of a PC. And you can build a better looking, more powerful one for cheaper than you can buy a Mac!

what is photoshop and illustrater to do with it? mac have better programs than them for image manipulation. adobe did well for pc though..

there is nothing which makes pc's better, lets face it guys. although macs are ridiculously overpriced, they are much better in every aspect, particularly the way they look!

More programmes, more games, more user friendly, easier to customize, easier to upgrade, being able to use AMD (Rather than being stuck to Intel), lower prices for highers specs, theres so many more that you can list its rediculous.
All Apple have done is made an image for their Macs, and thats what makes them popular.
