  • Physical therapy helps to heal join pain

  • My name is Andy and i started Tae Kwon Do. I have been doing stretches to increase my splits or flexibility but it feels like the pain is in my knee joint and not in my groin. I am laying on my back with my legs flat against the wall for a gravity stretch. Can you help me out? What should I do to improve flexibility? Thank you
