The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim - Season Unending - Negotiate a truce BUG

I got stuck in this part the solution is pretty simple just press the key ' / ~ and type "setstage mq302 300", that will solve the problem.

I did this then I spoke to Esbern and I learned the Dragon call shout, but soon after my game crashed to desktop. Any reason why or is it just coincidence?

yo, ladies and gentleman, the solution for esbern's lack of voice is fixed at the skyrim nexus, just download the mod. By the way, nice vid, also helped me a lot!
